🎉 CLOSING DAY — STEP ONE COMPLETE! 🎉

This land sale looked a little different from a typical closing.

The property was purchased as part of a land + home package, which means there are actually two separate closing dates involved. Today officially marks step one for the buyer and a successful closing for my seller!

Transactions like this can come with a longer timeline because of site surveys, home placement requirements, and all the additional pieces that have to come together before everything is complete. It took a little patience, but I’m so excited for both sides to see this one moving forward.

Even better knowing this piece of land will eventually become a homesite for the buyer. 🏡

And a fun little milestone for me — this was the very first official closing held in my new office, right at our beautiful conference table. ❤️
