A few months ago, I got a call from a man who was in town (from CA) for his son’s wedding. He saw my sign in the yard of a listing I have and wanted to see the house. I met the whole family there and showed them all! Mom, dad, grandpa, aunt, husband, wife and sister! They ended up not buying that house, but this is the house “Grandpa” bought today!! And we are supposed to close on “Dad’s” house by the end of the month. How cool that all the family will be within about a mile of each other, within their 3 houses! 🏡 FAMILY is what it’s all about!! 🙌🏼 I’m grateful for the opportunity to meet these native Californians and thankful to the Lord for His faithful provision.
