FREEZE WARNING!! 🥶🥶

Please do not forget to do the following to prevent flooding

- Leave faucets dripping
- Please keep your heat on AT ALL TIMES and set to at least 60°
- Leave cabinet doors open for under the sinks.
- Do not turn your heater off when you leave and please do not turn your breakers off!
