The school district is Highland Park ISD - Elementary, Junior High, and High School. It is conveniently located near Bell Helicopter and Pantex. Highland Park Village began with a small group of investors back in 1971. The 169 rental houses are located where the Amarillo Air Force Base was when it closed. We have taken great pride in the fact the we are a family owned and family managed since we opened Highland Park Village. We have family values, and family ties to this area. Our management team has raised their family and their grandchildren here. Our awesome staff has also been raised in this area and moved back here because it is home to them.
