Property management is not a shield from the responsibilities of ownership.
Our job is to identify concerns, communicate clearly, coordinate repairs, document recommendations, and help protect the performance of the property. But we cannot make an owner’s refusal to address known issues disappear.
When necessary repairs are repeatedly delayed or declined, residents are affected. The property is affected. And eventually, the management relationship is affected.
Blaze works with owners who understand that rental property is an investment—but also a responsibility. Safe, functional homes and timely maintenance decisions are not optional standards.
If an owner is unwilling or unable to meet that responsibility, we are not the right management company for them.
