I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Diana Marquez. 🙌
Today I had a client send over their tax documents and I’ll be honest… sometimes that part can make me cringe a little because it’s not always easy working with tax professionals during a loan process. But the second I saw Diana was handling their taxes, I instantly felt relieved.
She works alongside A. Ortega CPA and her work is always SO clean, organized, and easy for lenders to review — which makes such a difference when my clients are self-employed and trying to qualify for a home or investment property. She truly takes the time to help her clients understand how to prepare financially before they buy, not just file taxes and move on.
And that matters.
It’s not always just about who your real estate agent is. Sometimes it’s about who your tax professional is. The right team makes the process smoother, faster, and way less stressful.
Also — can we talk about the fact that she has her associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees (yes, all three 👏), she’s a mom of two, has accomplished so much already… and she’s not even 30.
She doesn’t get enough credit for how incredible she is.
If you’re self-employed or planning to buy in the future, who you work with matters. And she’s one of the good ones. 💯
