As real estate agents, we are deeply integrated in our communities. It not only sustains our business, but also forms the foundation of our relationships and lives.

In our other market areas, many of our clients have expressed concern about the situation in the Panhandle. They have witnessed the devastating impact of the fires on the lives of the people and animals in those communities.

Today, we are grateful to see that prayers have been answered as snow blankets the panhandle, providing much-needed moisture. However, there is still much work to be done.

To want growth in any direction you must have an understanding of where you currently are

This past year was a difficult one for Real Estate. For us it highlighted an industry that had become automated and lacked the core of it’s foundation, which should always be based on relationships and a willingness to show up for ourselves to build them

As our team navigated the shifting market, lack of activity, and changes in the industry we chose to take a step back and redefine our values, culture, and goals as a whole before we moved forward, using a lull in the market to prepare for a better footing to get back in the game.

As we step into this new year we are ready! Ready to show up for ourselves, our community, our clients, and each other as a team.

Today we are better because we chose to pause, reflect, and redirect our energy in a way that would allow us to serve in the light that encompasses our passion for what we believe in and what we do
