I posted about the buyers last week, but I wanted to make sure I made a special post for my sellers too! 🏡✨

I’ve had the privilege of working with Dianne for years as her realtor. From investment properties, to selling a sentimental personal home, to purchasing a new one — we’ve been through several homes and milestones together!

What makes this story even more special is that Dianne was Blair’s very first teacher at Wee School. Ironically, I enrolled Blair in Wee School when she turned two so I could focus on getting my real estate license. (And I still give Dianne credit for potty training Blair 🤪)

Moments like these are such a reminder that real estate is so much more than transactions. It’s about relationships, trust, and getting to walk alongside people through important seasons of life.

I’m especially thankful for clients like Dianne who showed so much patience, understanding, and grace throughout both the selling and buying process. There were several moments where many people may have walked away — repairs, appraisals, unexpected bumps along the road — but my client remained willing to work together with the other party and stay focused on getting to the closing table.
