😂 Hire a professional to ensure the process goes smoothly! I can't tell you how many times I've had lenders tell me contracts weren't filled out correctly or the process was delayed because a realtor wasn't representing a buyer or seller.

Also, shop around and find a realtor that you feel most comfortable with. Don't be afraid to reach out and ask how the process works!
