A CMA shows you the truth, based on what’s actually selling near you right now. Higher assessment than CMA? That’s your case for an appeal.

I like comfy clothes. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I can tell you, after only 6 hours in that skirt, I did not think it was comfy. It flew up in the wind, I had to keep my legs crossed and together, I couldn’t just get out of my car without fixing it, and the waistband didn’t hold me in like my athleisure skirts.
