Good Afternoon,

Due to the availability and demand for our rental properties, we often receive questions about our rental process. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you rent with ease.

How to Apply
• Visit our website to view available rental properties.
https://bbrealtypropmgt.managebuilding.com/Resident/public/rentals
• Click on the property you are interested in and complete the online application.
• You must submit one month of income verification through the application portal.

Income Qualification
Once your application is submitted, we will review your financial qualifications. You will receive an email verifying what rental amount you qualify for.
You can also estimate this on your own:
Monthly Net Income ÷ 2.5 = Maximum Rent You Qualify For
Applicants must financially qualify for 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Scheduling a Property Viewing
• After receiving your pre-qualification email, reply to schedule a viewing appointment.
• If there are no current applicants waiting to view the property, an appointment will be scheduled promptly.
• If multiple applicants are interested, you will be placed on a waiting list based on the order applications are received.
Please note: The first applicant does not always move forward with renting the property. If they decline, we will contact the next applicant on the list.

Screening Process
If you view the property and wish to proceed, we will begin the screening process, which includes:
• Background check
• Landlord reference check
• Credit check
Once approved, you will select your move-in date.

Timeline Expectations
Processing times vary depending on the number of applicants for each property. Some applicants complete the process within 24–48 hours, while properties with waitlists may take longer. It is always possible that a property becomes available to applicants on the waitlist.

On average, we review 25–50 applications at a time, and we kindly ask for your patience. We strive to respond within 24–48 business hours after receiving an application.
