I did not like the bottom half of our house, I was going to stucco it but this old girl needs more.
So I have decided what's a wrap around porch without a wrap around raised flower bed.
Once all painted and planted that ft. Porch is going to Pop....

The TRJ GROUP will be starting some major work on my 1st love in Americus.
The Windsor Hotel will be getting the 3 sections of roof replaced on Jackson Street side.
Along with a good bath and a complete new paint job.
I want to thank the Edgewater group (owners of the hotel) for trusting us with the task of taking care of the queen of our city. As well as understanding the importance of making the major financial investment that is required to maintain a property such as the hotel.

The Forsyth House is moving along.
Truman AC is finishing up all the new duct work and installing a new 5.5 ton cooling and heating system.
John A. Royal is running what looks like Miles of new wire for the new 200 amp service to the house.
The guys on my crew are finishing up the interior framework.
She's coming back to life.
