The last few weeks have been a whirlwind helping clients buy and sell. So I’m just now getting the chance to share this closing and it’s one worth celebrating!
Why hire a Realtor? This transaction is a perfect example. When unexpected issues surfaced, my role became much more than simply marketing the property. I coordinated contractors, gathered quotes, met vendors at the property, communicated with all parties, and helped keep everything moving forward despite several obstacles we navigated every challenge that came our way.
