What a wonderful evening celebrating Carol Strah and Nancy Farmer as they begin their well-earned retirements!

Congratulations to Carol on 51 years of service and Nancy on 32 years of service. They have dedicated an incredible 83 years to Hunziker Companies, leaving a lasting impact on our accounting department and the people they've worked alongside. It was a pleasure to celebrate their careers with coworkers, friends, and family.

Whether you're spending the holiday grilling with neighbors, traveling to see family, or simply enjoying a relaxing weekend at home, we hope your Fourth is filled with good company and great memories.

Our office will be closed all day Friday, July 3, to allow our team time to celebrate with friends and family. We will resume normal business hours on Monday. As always, emergency maintenance services will remain available for urgent issues.

Our team at Hunziker Companies came together in an incredible way for this year’s United Way of Story County Food Drive. Together, we collected 1,172 lbs. of food to help support local families in need.

We are truly thankful to be part of a team that is so passionate about giving back and making a meaningful difference within our community. Every donation made an impact, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together! 🫶
