Our team at Hunziker Companies came together in an incredible way for this year’s United Way of Story County Food Drive. Together, we collected 1,172 lbs. of food to help support local families in need.

We are truly thankful to be part of a team that is so passionate about giving back and making a meaningful difference within our community. Every donation made an impact, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished together! 🫶

🏛️ Iowa Property Tax Update

Property tax changes being discussed at the Capitol could have ripple effects across our entire housing market.

While some homeowners may benefit, there’s real concern about rising costs for renters—especially in communities like Ames, where many people rent.

Our own Justin Dodge from Hunziker Companies was at the State Capitol advocating on this issue and speaking to the local impact.
