Ken has truly earned his stripes as our resident card shark! Every day, a group of gentlemen gather in our Club Room for cards, conversation, and a little friendly competition.

This is the kind of everyday scene we love to share. Neighbors spending time together, enjoying one another’s company, and making the most of the spaces in our building.

Our Club Room is a welcoming space for activities, socializing, and special events, and it’s available for residents to enjoy or reserve.

A fresh new look for our pergola! 🎨 Members had over 30 stain options to choose from, and Barnyard Red came out on top. B & C Painting Company did a fantastic job. Power washing, pretreating, and applying multiple coats to bring it all together. The finished color pairs beautifully with our brick, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
