We are offering an 2 bedroom fully private airbnb unit to rent daily, weekly or monthly! Hi! We’re Ashley and Ryan — a couple from around Ames, Iowa.

The Ames area has been our home since we both attended the Iowa State University , so we know and love it well. We work hard and give projects our all, from managing our real estate portfolio to running our online business. We enjoy working for ourselves and LOVE the challenges and joys it brings. Ryan is a real estate appraiser, and I manage our online party supply store. Airbnb allows us to comb

ine our love for real estate and our customer service skills. We’re dedicated to providing guests with the ultimate experience by offering affordable rates, friendly communication and convenient accommodations you will enjoy. That’s what it’s all about — giving families, couples or individuals a place to call home away from home. We have three boys ourselves, so we know how vital it is to have those precious moments together. Outside of our passions, we enjoy spending time with friends and family, vacationing in Branson, Missouri, taking family boating trips, and you know, chugging back some Mountain Dew. 😉

Running two Airbnbs means we do more laundry than a college dorm during finals week. 😅
Towels? Washed.
Sheets? Crisp.
Pillowcases? You bet.
That rogue mystery sock that appears out of nowhere? …Also folded with love.

Is it glamorous? Not even a little.
But if it means our guests get to snuggle into fresh, clean linens—we’ll keep folding.
(And maybe invest in a second dryer soon. 🤪)
