🚨 Breaking News for the MA Housing Market: The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has officially removed the rent control initiative from the upcoming November ballot, ruling the proposal unconstitutional.

Governor Maura Healey and state legislative leaders shared these exact concerns, noting that artificial caps would stall the housing pipeline Massachusetts desperately needs.
