👋🏾

Zillow knows the beds, baths and square footage.

It doesn’t know about the condition, the updates, the layout, or the neighborhood nuances…

It definitely doesn’t know about the 6 dogs that have been pi***ng on the rugs and floors while you chain-smoke in the house. 😂

That’s you shouldn’t rely on a Zestimate to tell you what your home or any home is worth.

MA 🔑 The reason you aren’t ready to buy isn’t because you’re broke. There’s a $25,000 down payment assistance program for that. The real reason is because the process feels overwhelming. But here’s the truth, once you get pre-approved the next step is simple. Me and you start looking for a house. That’s it. And I got your back every step of the way. DM me RIGHT NOW and I’ll email you exactly what the process looks like from start to finish. 30 days. Let’s go. 🔑

The final walkthrough is your last chance to inspect the home before closing. It’s typically done 24-48 hours before you get the keys.

This is where you confirm the home is in the condition you agreed to nothing left behind, nothing damaged, nothing missing.

Skip it and you could walk into closing inheriting someone else’s problem/trash.

Always do the final walkthrough. Always. 🔑
