Another home sold, over asking, with multiple offers, in under a week. It's February in Buffalo with a sheet of ice across the Southtowns and still, I'm turning people away. I'm not posting here to boast, but rather, underscore the MULTIPLE bids on this property. Which left active qualified buyers still searching for a home.
I don't post much on Facebook. Honestly, I have no use for it other than super important stuff like buying Buffalo Braves pennants and Iroquios beer trays on marketplace. I've had a number of transactions close with great clients over the past year, but running to the computer and positing it on-the-line just isn't on my mind. I guess I lack in marketing and self promotion, but maybe I'll put more thought into that moving forward 🤔... or not.
I'll consider this a start. So if you've thought about moving or know someone who is, I'm pretty good at this 😉
