🏡 SOLD! Another family is officially homeowners! 🎉

This closing was one I’ll remember for a long time.

My clients, a Spanish-speaking family, had rented their entire lives and finally decided it was time to take the leap into homeownership. As someone who is part Puerto Rican and speaks some Spanish, it was especially meaningful to help guide them through the process and make sure they felt comfortable every step of the way.

One of the most inspiring parts of this story was that instead of parents helping their child buy a home, it was their son helping his parents qualify for one. ❤️

The journey wasn’t without challenges. We were already under contract on a home they absolutely loved when an unexpected flood changed everything. Suddenly, we were back to square one and restarting the search. It was frustrating at the time, but everything happens for a reason. Not long after, we found a home they loved even more, and today they’re proud homeowners.
