Talk about a full-circle moment… a few ago, Hollie was my freshman year English teacher. Now, I had the opportunity to help her, Matt, and their family purchase their beautiful new forever home! 🥹🏠

This transaction definitely had its fair share of ups and downs while we were under contract. There were moments that required patience, problem-solving, communication, and a whole lot of teamwork but that’s exactly why having the right people in your corner matters. 🏡 SOLD! Another family is officially homeowners! 🎉

This closing was one I’ll remember for a long time.

My clients, a Spanish-speaking family, had rented their entire lives and finally decided it was time to take the leap into homeownership. As someone who is part Puerto Rican and speaks some Spanish, it was especially meaningful to help guide them through the process and make sure they felt comfortable every step of the way.
