Qualifications β
3 plus years previous experience preferred
High School or equivalent
Must be OSHA Certified
Must be HVAC Certified
Extermination (Texas-must be certified)
Must have student housing turn experience
Must have experience in Capital Improvements
Must have experience managing large teams or multiple teams

Promote Brand awareness and experience
Ensure that the community and its grounds are in good repair and provide a safe and attractive environment for residents
Respond to all repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff
Prepare apartments for new residents
Complete inspections of units
Manage the community during the turn process
Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
Ensure that all maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries to residents, associates, and visitors
Maintain availability to residents, management, and staff on a regular predictable basis
Must have a working vehicle and phone
Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance associates and conduct regular performance appraisal
Provide feedback to associates with the assistance of the General Manager
