Met by total chance, ended up listing one of the most incredible beachfront properties I’ve ever seen. A year and a half later, we closed.

More importantly, I gained two amazing humans. Creative, kind, full of life. What started as clients turned into friendship, and I’m so grateful for the time spent at their little beach haven. Excited for what’s next for them 🤍

Full circle moment.

I helped their family years ago, even ended up at their backyard wedding (yes, they jumped in the pool 😂). Fast forward, they trusted me to help their parents move states.

We searched virtually, got so close on the one… lost it… then cold feet allowed it to come back to us. And this time, it was meant to be.

Funny enough, history repeated itself with their family’s first deal too. Apparently second place is their really first place 😂

Sometimes the best medicine is simply stepping away from your everyday life for a few days.

Phoenix may have been hot as Hades 🥵, but somehow it was exactly what I needed. Trading Ohio for desert landscapes, mountain views, family time, and a slower pace was the perfect reset. From soaking in the incredible scenery to making memories with the people I love most, this trip reminded me how important it is to pause and just enjoy where you are.

The air may have felt like you were standing in an oven, but my mind felt lighter. Grateful for the laughs, the sunsets, the adventures, and a few days that helped empty my cup before jumping back into reality.
