We love us an all-girl closing! 💕🏡

In just three weeks, we went from contract to closing — one of the fastest transaction I’ve ever had the privilege of being part of!

Today, every major role at the closing table was filled by women: a female seller, a female buyer, a female listing agent, a female closing attorney, and me. It was such a fun and empowering experience to watch a group of women come together to make this happen.

The sweetest moment of all was watching my seller hand over the keys to a young woman who is about the same age she was when she first purchased the home. There was something so special about seeing one woman pass the torch to another, with a new chapter beginning exactly where another one ended.

Moments like these remind me that real estate is about so much more than houses—it’s about people, memories, and new beginnings.
