Long Island homeowners, the numbers are in and they are working in your favor.

Nassau County's median closed price reached $852,000 in April 2026, up 7.8% from last year. Suffolk County came in at $714,900, up 6.7%. Across both counties, buyers continue to outnumber available homes, and well-priced, beautifully presented properties are still closing strong.

The homes winning in this market share a few things in common. They are priced thoughtfully, they look beautiful, and they are backed by a marketing strategy that goes beyond the basics.

I am beyond proud of the man you are and the hard work you put into everything you do. But what I love just as much is the way you make me laugh, the way you make me smile every single day without even trying. Being your mom is a gift I never take for granted.
