So... my tradition is to send a "Happy Anniversary on the purchase of your home" reminder to my Buyers with a picture of them closing and in front of their home as a reminder of that happy, memorable day. An Anniversary reminder came up on my calendar... problem is... it's been 6 years and the couple divorced and Im on the fence about reaching out. I feel like a sore reminder of what was... a happy time... and I don't want to stir up any emotions. I don't even know who kept the house or who I should call as I had great communication and was fond of both just the same. Should I reach out, or leave it on my calendar as a bittersweet reminder of an Anniversary of a property we Sold?

Today was a good day!It gave me great pleasure to tell one of my current first time home buyers that the appraisal on the property they are buying came in at $20,000 above their contracted price!
They asked what does that mean... and I told them that they are walking into their home with a substantial amount of equity in today's market! They were so grateful. I told them that we are almost at the finish line and I am so happy for them. I am blessed and honored to serve them and they make my job so much easier because they trust me and adhere to my guidance, although they ultimately make the final decision.
