Multiple offers again?


Low to almost no inventory area wide is our reality this February. This creates even more stress on the market for buyers but it's GREAT for sellers… even in this climate of more “normal” or “realistic” interest rates compared to previous years..

All of our resources tell us the first part of 2023 is going to be slower - fewer houses to sell means fewer deals. But if we could get some quality inventory we could turn them around at great prices. There is demand. This coupled with the Fed easing up on interest rate hikes means we will be heading into a healthier lending market and hopefully an improved market in general.
