Just to clarify, these laundry facilities are provided exclusively for our tenants, and water and electricity are included in their rent. The small $2 laundry fee helps cover the use and maintenance of the machines.
We understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion; however, neither the person who shared this post nor the person commenting resides at our property. We kindly ask that assumptions not be made about our apartments or the services we provide without knowing the facts.
