🥂 Twenty four years ago this June, when I was working fulltime as an appraiser and only selling real estate parttime, close friends trusted me to help them find a 5 bedroom home for their family. In 2002, we closed on this beautiful property, and over the next 24 years it became the backdrop for so many memories, milestones, holidays, and special moments. ❤️

This week, they closed the door on that chapter and began an exciting new one. It has truly been an honor to be part of both the beginning and the end of this journey, not only as their REALTOR®, but as their friend.
