Just a casual eviction turnover walkthrough with my contractor. Every room had a new PLOT TWIST!

Some days I’m a property manager.
Some days I’m an investigator.
Some days I’m apparently shopping the abandoned furniture. 😂

If you don’t want the responsibility of picking up dog poop… get a cat. 😂

Pet ownership comes with responsibilities, and cleaning up after your dog is one of the most basic. When waste is left throughout the yard, it prevents landscapers from completing their work, creates unsanitary conditions, and affects the entire property.

A change in property management does not reset your responsibility as a pet owner.

Respect the property.
Respect the professionals maintaining it.
Pick up after your dog. 🐶💩

This morning I had the opportunity to attend BNI as a guest of Christine Serafini, and the morning brought such a special full-circle moment. 🤍

I have known Chris Iula since I was a little girl.
He was a longtime family friend whom my grandmother absolutely adored, and she always called him “Tony Stewart.” 😂
Every time I see Chris, I immediately light up because he brings back such beautiful memories of her.

Today, I had the privilege of listening to Chris the Home Inspector LLC share his knowledge on networking education.
It was incredible to sit there as a grown woman, now working alongside him in the same real estate industry.

Life has such a beautiful way of bringing people and moments back around.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting out into the community and meeting incredible people.

What started as a fun “Candy Corn Nails or Nah?” challenge turned into conversations I’ll remember for a long time.

A special shoutout to everyone who played along today!
ESPECIALLY the gentleman at Ship and Copy who recognized my dad and even remembered his race number from his days racing at Fonda Speedway.
That was a moment I’ll never forget!

Thank you to everyone who shared a laugh and made today’s adventure so much fun.
