What a story!! My out of town clients were able to score this gorgeous house with their own private path to Washington park in the back yard! We got it under contract with 1 day on market using a double contingency! (Meaning they had to sell their house first to a buyer who had to sell their house first!) a transaction like this requires a great amount of trust and we were able to execute it flawlessly!

Scheduled the showing within an hour of the listing going active, wrote the offer within 2 hours of the showing, and pending within 1 day!! After that it was all smooth sailing until closing! SUPER excited for my client on this beautiful newer build! I even discovered a really cool new neighborhood that I hadn’t seen before in the process!
