• Median sold price increased to $590,000 compared to April 2023’s median price of $545,000.
• New listings increased to 204 compared to the 157 homes that were listed in April 2023.
• Homes sold decreased to 102 compared to the 103 homes sold in April of 2023.

ISLAND COUNTY 🌲
• Median sold price increased to $625,000 compared to April 2023’s median sold price of $560,000.
• New listings increased to 212 compared to the 153 homes that were listed in April 2023.
• Homes sold decreased to 97 compared to the 103 homes sold in April 2023.
