Prices have stabilized but not in a reduction yet. Home unless they are great buys stay listed for several weeks.
In April Anacortes had 67 listings. Now July 13 we have reach 115. Buyers are making offering cancelling those purchases. Inspections, financing are front and center to the selling offered price.
