🍷 National Rosé Day seemed like the perfect excuse to try and spotlight a new local spot. 😍

Sometimes the best real estate marketing comes from the youngest members of the tour. 😂

While showing homes in Coupeville, I spotted this little note on a window:

“Are hous is for sal” ~> Our house is for sale ☺️

Simple. Honest. Straight to the point.

Buying or selling a home is a big deal to grown-ups, but seeing it through a child’s eyes is a good reminder that a house is more than square footage and statistics. It’s where memories are made, forts are built, birthdays are celebrated, and life happens.

And apparently… it’s also where the marketing team lives. 😉

A beautiful kitchen is great... but the answers to the right questions can help you make a more informed decision before writing an offer. 🏡✨

Some of my best suggested questions to ask:

✔️ How long has it been on the market?

✔️ Have there been any price changes?

✔️ What's included with the sale?

✔️ How old are the major systems?

✔️ What do the sellers love most about living here?

Sometimes the answers tell you just as much as the home itself.
