• New listings increased by 8.27% - comparing the 157 new listings in March 2024 and 145 new listings in March 2023.
• Homes sold decreased by 26% - comparing the 85 sold homes in March 2024 and 115 sold homes in March 2023.

ISLAND COUNTY
• Median sold price decreased by 11.15% - comparing March 2024 median sales price of $510,000 with March 2023 median sales price of $574,000.
• New listings decreased by 3.97% - comparing the 145 new listings in March 2024 and 151 new listings in March 2023.
