Very impressed with John Blake and team. We had bad experiences with prior lazy real estate agents so were going to sell on our own. Well John approached us and gave us confidence that not only could we get a better price but great suggestions to make our house more marketable. His suggestions worked because our home sold quick and at a great price. He is never pushy. His team always responds quickly to phone calls. I highly recommend John.
