Saving floors from a tear down and installing into a rehab is a way to save and re-purpose old materials. These floors are 130+ years old. Will look new once sand and stained.

Circa 2012 - 13 years ago! And they said I couldn't last in a new untapped market!!!! Never doubt the hustle 💯 i did this rehab and critics laugh, everything was against me, rough neighbors, teardown condition, lack of available funding, down economy and poor real estate market.... BUT GOD! ✔️ inspire
