A MIRACLE Closing ✨
Long story short.. we met our clients last October and showed them this property which seemed tailor made for them. It was “the one,” but because of their hesitation, we missed the opportunity to submit an offer promptly. A few weeks later, the property came back on the market. Recognizing the rarity of such second chances, we acted quickly. This was the one gem in their ideal neighborhood that checked off all the boxes for our clients so it was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
We opened escrow the first week of January. What was supposed to be a 30 day escrow turned into a 120 day escrow. Every step seemed to come with a new challenge, pushing us to our limits. Despite facing rejection from 3 different lenders, we refused to give up. I made ONE last phone call to my preferred lender and he worked his magic to get our client’s loan approved. Just when we thought we were set to close, the deal fell apart again and we were incredibly close to cancelling. Our lender’s out-of-the-box thinking wasn’t just a lifeline; it was a game-changer. With creativity and determination, he engineered a solution that transformed our cancellation to closing.
There’s many more details to the story but I will say that my FAITH has never been stretched like this before. The amount of stress that we endured over the course of 4 months is indescribable. The lessons I’ve learned are: believe in divine timing, do not give up, keep praying, who you work with matters, when a situation seems hopeless, God will send someone to help you carry out His purpose. Nothing is impossible. Let our experience be a testimony of unwavering faith & resilience.
