This is my year 18th year selling real estate and I love it! I bring a unique background of accounting/tax, financial planning, and insurance underwriting. This combination of financial knowledge, personal understanding, a drive to please my clients and a continuing ability to find the perfect home for buyers, and the right marketing strategy for sellers have led to a very successful career. As a realtor for California Prudential Realty effective December 2009, I believe I have increased the tools and support to successfully help my clients in their real estate transactions. I have been awarded President's Circle and for the past 3 years have achieved the level of Chairman's circle, being one of the top 2% of the Prudential Network 47,000 agents. As a result of this success, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in over 120 transactions ranging from $100,000 to $3,000,000 giving me a wealth of experience that many other agents with more years in the business cannot compare. Also, we have been relocated all over the country and have bought and sold 6 of our own homes. I have worked with move up buyers, first time buyers , relocation companies, short sales , foreclosures, HUDs and a vast arrange of sellers in the Villa Park/ Orange / AH Hills area as well as South Orange County and Los Angels County. I live in Villa Park and feel blessed to have found this "Hidden Gem". My husband, Joe and I moved over 20 years ago to raise our children, Jordan and Justin. We quickly became involved in the community, schools, and youth sports and within my first year I became a co-chair of the Newcomer's Group within the Villa Park Women's League (VPWL), Room Mom at Villa Park Elementary and a Brownie Treasurer. Over the years, I have continued to volunteer with the VPWL, Assistance League of Orange, Villa Park High School, and Cerro Villa Middle School. I have taken leadership roles to raise money and improve my community as Treasurer, Beautification Chairman, Class Representatives and president of McPherson Education Foundation in Orange. One of my most rewarding experiences was starting and coaching a track team for both Villa Park Elementary (2 years) and McPherson Magnet School (3 years) that participated in the Dash for Dare City of Orange city-wide event. Athletes from 1st to 8th grade had an opportunity to find success and challenge themselves in track and field. I am a dedicated wife and mother of two children, who graduated from Villa Park High School, the University of California at Berkeley and the Pennsylvania State University.
