Congratulations to my awesome clients, the Jaques Family on their new home! It was truly a pleasure working with you and I was so honored to share this process with you and your family.

As is the case with most homes on the market, this one had multiple offers within the first week they were on the market (14 Offers to be exact) and my clients loved this home so I knew I had to do what it took to make their offer stand out. So I creatively wrote the offer, I was able to quickly build a relationship with the Listing Agent through constant communication, found out what the seller's motivation was and as a result, my clients offer was accepted! The Listing Agent told me the way I handled the offer and kept in constant contact with him is a big reason he pushed for us to be the selected offer with his client.
