The Primary Mortgage rate has increased even more this week!

Now that's pretty sneaky! The graph now has half points.

This week the top of the graph is 7.5 instead of 7.

I wouldn't be surprised if the graph reaches 8 by the end of the month.

We have had some pretty HOT weather lately! I'm hearing things should cool off by this weekend. How about we give it a try, and have another yard sale? Our last yard sale of the 2026 season is this Saturday, October 10th in Area 6. That is any family living in the neighborhood South of Meats to Taft, East of Shaffer to Tustin.
