Good tenant placement starts with good conversations.

When we show a property, we're not rushing through it. We let prospective tenants ask their questions, then we ask ours: What are they looking for? What's their move in timeline? How many people are moving in? Does the space actually work for their living situation? Do they have any concerns we need to address?

Would you rent to someone with a high income but even higher monthly debt? It's a trickier question than it sounds.

Income alone doesn't always predict whether a tenant can reliably pay rent. Someone with a smaller paycheck but low debt may actually be in a stronger financial position than someone earning more but stretched thin every month.
