Trevor Cooley: Real Estate Professional Providing the Municipality of Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Valley with all its Real Estate ne Meanwhile, I am going strong, and I feel blessed.

Hi, I am Trevor Cooley, the owner of Alaska Listings, LLC and alaskalistings.com. I proudly service the Anchorage Municipality and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, and sometimes even as far as the Kenai peninsula. I mainly specialize in residential, and multi-family units, though I do occasionally help with commercial and business opportunities. I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2020, but I was am investor in real estate before I became a Real Estate Professional. I enjoyed the process of buying a home as an investment so much that I decided to gain my license, not only to assist myself in the process, but to help others achieve their goals of home ownership. Currently, I own a couple of buy and hold rental properties, with many more to come. My professions in the past include working in the wellhead sector of the oilfield for 8 years in several different roles including Service Cage Manager, Inventory Manager, Field Service Technician, and Shop Technician. Before that, I was an automotive technician for a few years, and even went to trade school for that. My favorite job of all of my past occupations, though, was McDonald’s. I worked at varying McDonald’s locations through High School, College, and into adulthood. I considered everyone I worked with there as family, and I even met my wife while working at McDonald’s. This job helped build my work ethic to what it is today, and I was proud to serve the freshest food in the cleanest environment as quickly as possible. I consider myself a problem solver and efficiency expert, and for that reason all of my past professions have helped shape me for this role. I feel incredibly lucky to be able to work in this lifetime career that I love and help out so many people. In 2014, the NAR reported that 87% of Real Estate Agents fail within their first 5 years. In 2021 I beat out all other new agents at my brokerage, Real Estate Brokers of Alaska, for Rookie of the Year, and as of writing this, my first two quarters of this year I have ranked among the top 10 producers at my brokerage.
