To say that this past week was nothing short of a young girls dream come true was an understatement! ✨✨

For those of you that know me on any level, know that I have been talking about competing in this pageant for upwards of 6 years now… and this past week I was able to make that happen. Of course not without the help of my amazing family, friends and sponsors. Without my community support this dream would have never taken flight. I am genuinely grateful for your time and resources✨✨

Yes, yes, I know you all are dying to know how I did. Well I am proud to say I made TOP 6! I took home 5th Runner Up, as well as the title,”Heart of Alaska” for raising the most funds for the American Heart Association to help fight against Alaskan Women with Cardiovascular Disease, and to spread education on how to properly administer hands on CPR throughout this great state.

My goal for this coming year is to reach even more women who are interested in getting into construction related careers and industries, and helping them to both start and finish apprenticeships and bridge the gap of Women in the Trades.
