We just closed on our 8th property… and it’s an 8-plex! 🗝️🏡✨
You know me-I find symbolism in everything, and this double 8 feels extra special 😊
Turn an 8 sideways and you get infinity…so naturally, I’m taking this as a little wink from the universe 😉♾️

Behind this moment are so many conversations, big decisions, hard work, and dreams we’ve kept choosing together. Standing here now, I feel proud, grateful, and so excited for what’s ahead 🥰

Eight properties in, and I still get that “we really did this” feeling. Here’s to us, our family, and everything we’re building🥂🤍

So happy to announce that this beautiful property is now my buyer’s home! 🏡❤️

There’s something special about watching someone walk through a house and begin to picture their life there. I’m grateful my buyer trusted me to guide them through this journey, and I couldn’t be happier to see them get the keys.

Wishing them years of laughter, love, and wonderful memories in their new home. Congratulations! 🔑✨🏡

This sale carries so many emotions. ❤️

From the very beginning, my seller trusted me to find the right buyer and believed in me through every step of the process. Today, we finally closed!

We received four offers. The first was a lowball offer, and the buyer didn’t accept our counteroffer. With the second, we went under contract with a wonderful fellow agent, but unfortunately, financing became an obstacle. The home went back on the market, and a third offer brought us under contract again. This time, we couldn’t reach an agreement on repairs.

Then came the fourth offer and our third time under contract. That process had plenty of bumps too, but we made it to the closing table! 🏡🔑

I’m so happy and proud of what we accomplished together. I’m especially grateful for clients who put their trust in me-and who believe I might just be their lucky charm. 🍀

So happy for my buyers who finally made it to the closing table and officially closed on their very first property-all cash! 🏡🔑
I’m incredibly grateful for their trust and patience throughout the entire process. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such an exciting milestone! ❤️
Here’s to hoping this is just the first of many properties to come! 🥂🏡
