🏔️ SOLD! Another Dream Alaskan Home Off the Market 🏡

This one is something special… a true retirement dream home with views that look like they were painted by Alaska itself. Big windows, peaceful water, mountains standing tall in the background… this is what people picture when they say “we made it.”

Huge congratulations to my clients on securing this incredible property — I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter in your lives!

đź‘Ź Big shoutout to an awesome team that helped make this happen:
• Bill Ure & Dar Walden for the listing
• Amber Golay at Stewart Title for getting it across the finish line
• Ben Crowley with Ridgeline Inspections for a solid inspection

It takes a crew to land a deal like this, and this one came together beautifully.

🏡 BIG LAKE MARKET UPDATE + OPPORTUNITY ALERT

Spring is waking up in Alaska… and so is the real estate market.

Inventory is starting to move, buyers are coming out of hibernation, and the right properties are getting attention fast.

If you’ve been even thinking about making a move, this is your window.

Here’s what I’m seeing right now:
• Well-priced homes are selling quickly

• Opportunities still exist before the summer rush

The difference right now?
👉 Strategy. Timing. Local knowledge.

This isn’t Anchorage… this is Big Lake.
And if you know, you know—every property, every street, every view has its own story and value.

That’s where I come in.

Whether you’re:
✔️ Buying
✔️ Selling
✔️ Investing
✔️ Or just trying to understand your options

I’ll give you real, straight answers and a game plan that actually works. No fluff.

🏡 A Quick Alaska Real Estate Update

Many of you know me from around Big Lake or from building subs at the shop, but real estate has always been a big passion of mine. I love helping people make moves that change their lives.

Right now, the Alaska real estate market is still strong. Inventory is a little tight, which means well-priced homes are still moving and buyers are actively looking. Whether you’re thinking about buying your first home, selling your current one, upgrading, or investing, there are still great opportunities out there.

Living and doing business here in the Valley has given me a deep appreciation for our community. I know the neighborhoods, the lakes, the properties, and the lifestyle that makes Alaska such an amazing place to live.

If you’ve been thinking about buying or selling, I’d love to talk with you and help you figure out the best move for your situation. No pressure, just honest advice from someone who cares about this community.

Helping people achieve dreams… big or small. 🏔️

03/13/2026

Many of you know me from behind the counter making subs at Hubba S***a, but I wanted to properly introduce myself on my real estate page.

My name is Nick Bailey, and I’m proud to be a Big Lake local, a family man, and a small business owner here in our community.

My wife and I run Hubba S***a, and being part of this town has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives. We’ve built friendships with so many of you, watched families grow, and seen firsthand how special the Big Lake and Mat-Su Valley communities really are.

Real estate is another passion of mine because it’s not just about buying or selling property. It’s about helping people achieve dreams. Sometimes that dream is a lakefront cabin, sometimes it’s a first home, and sometimes it’s selling a place that holds a lifetime of memories so a new chapter can begin.

No matter how big or small the goal, I truly love helping people get there.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing, or just have questions about the market in Big Lake, Anchorage, or the Valley, I’d be honored to help.
