This year marks five years since I officially got my real estate license, and I couldn’t think of a better time to properly introduce myself.

Hi, I’m Emily Oliver!

I’m a born-and-raised Alaskan, and I’m incredibly proud to call this beautiful state home. With deep roots in our communities, I offer truly local expertise and firsthand knowledge of the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and market that only comes from living here and growing up here.

Real estate is more than my profession, it’s also my passion! In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, I’m a real estate investor myself. My husband and I have built a portfolio of investment properties, giving me firsthand experience navigating everything from purchasing investment real estate and managing rental properties, to being a homeowner and even flipping houses! These experiences allow me to better serve not only homeowners but also clients looking to build long-term wealth through real estate, which I’m a huge advocate for!
