Brian Reishus, Real Broker Alaska I strive to make homeownership an enjoyable and seamless process from searching to signing.

Born and raised in Alaska, Brian takes a people-first approach when working with those looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. He finds great joy in helping Military VA and first-time homebuyers on their endeavors in finding their perfect forever home and strives to make it an enjoyable and seamless process from searching to signing. His strong negotiation skills and competent demeanor proves to be exceptionally resourceful for buyers and sellers alike. Brian graduated with a bachelor’s in Aviation Technology with an emphasis in Air Traffic Control from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He shares his life with his beautiful wife, Laura, and their yellow lab, Drake. With personal admiration for US serve men and women, he unconditionally supports the Wounded Warrior Project as a fly-fishing guide. His free time includes a mix of fishing, hunting, and carving out quality time to spend with his family. Having always had an innate passion and interest in real estate, he is the proud owner of two cabins in Lake Louise, Alaska. Brian is passionate about helping people achieve their short or long-term goals, getting maximum value from each transaction he is a part of. By sharing his specialties in remote properties, proven marketing strategies, and personable character with his clients, he aims to create an unmatched experience for each investor, home buyer, or seller he has the pleasure of working with.

Hunting season is in the AIR today! Hunt in pairs and be safe out there. Make sure you have a plan and use technology like a Garmin inreach or OnX. Even I can get turned around, anyone can get lost and you need a way to call the chopper if someone is badly hurt. Download your maps before you leave. Keep your inreach or sat phone near you or clipped within arms reach. If the plane goes down and it’s in your bag in the float plane it could be game over. Bring a survival blanket and a small first aid kit. Knowing wind direction in relation to the animal and your route of the stalk is very important. The big ones are usually not on the road so get out of rig and actually hunt. Remember It only takes ONE! Read the regulations and make sure to have FUN. Let the youngsters shoot too

2 Sellers and 1 buyer CLOSED! For my Sellers the Average days on Market was only ONE DAY for both properties. One client got their asking price and the other had multiple offers and sold over asking.
