Price matters, but it's not the only part of an offer we can work with.

Depending on the property and the seller, timing, contingencies and other terms can matter too. When we're competing for a home, I want to understand what's important on the other side and build the strongest offer we reasonably can.

Sometimes there’s more than one way to compete.

A photographer's job is to show a home at its best. My job is to help you look beyond that.

Once we're there, I'm paying attention to the things a photo can't really tell us: how the space feels, what we notice outside, what questions come up, and what we may want to investigate further.

That's when the home search gets a lot more interesting.
