I am a lifelong Alaskan with a love and a passion for real estate and helping people reach their goals and dreams. After returning home in 2008 from serving overseas in Iraq with the Army, I came home with the desire to begin investing in real estate. After purchasing my first two investment properties in 2008 and 2009, I decided to turn my passion for real estate into my career. Right after I obtained my real estate license in early 2010, I met Kevin Cross, who had a similar passion, and I joined his team of Cross & Associates to help change lives. After four years and well over a hundred real estate transactions under my belt, I decided that the next stage in my real estate career was to begin and grow my own real estate business. My desire is to influence and positively change the lives of others by being a solution-based real estate professional. I work with sellers and buyers in Anchorage and the Mat-Su valley to help with achieving all of their real estate goals, with a specialty in multifamily investment properties. As a real estate investor myself, I have made it my mission to help new investors learn everything I know about real estate investing and help experienced investors fine tune and grow their real estate investing business.
