We are complete!! Well, aside from some exterior paint touch ups. But the ADU and house update is done! Thank you, Jesus! What a fun ride for this summer. Finished the ADU just in time for Sept 1st and that felt so GOOD. Onto the next project…mine might be taking a bit of a break from construction and enjoying my babies this fall and the new school season. Cheers 🥂

Final touches are coming along with the ADU. This is so exciting to be on this end of the project. We’ve had some late nights here after getting back from our trip to Japan and easing the kids into school. It felt like we were here almost every weekend and day over the summer but it has been worth it, even if it was just to show our kids that we can do it. I love the before/after of the arch Phil put in for the closet.
It’s clean up time, some repainting and caulking, installing some curtain and closet rods etc 🙌🏼

Natural cola store IYOSHI COLA 🇯🇵 イヨシコーラ - I found this place on insta and saved it! Which is a short walk to Senso-ji Temple and Nakamise Shopping street.
Ry & I found this deliciously refreshing drink of handmade strawberry soda on another day.
We enjoyed staying in Asukusa the 2nd time in Tokyo. And really enjoyed staying in Shimokitazawa upon arriving.
